Re-elected Bro. Michael Schmunk, Superior General of the Brothers of Mercy of Mantabaur

On 13 April 2022, the 35th General Chapter of the Brothers of Mercy of Montabaur (FMM) took place in the Congregation's mother house in Montabaur, Germany. The main purpose of the Chapter was the election of the Superior General and his Council.

Bro. Michael Schmunk as Superior General, assisted by the two General Consultors Bro. Erich Spratte from Germany and Bro. John Versluys from the Netherlands. 

In addition to the elections, the members discussed some important topics for the future of the Congregation during the Chapter, namely the realisation of its charism in today's times and the care of the elderly brothers. 

We wish every blessing from the Lord and the gift of the Holy Spirit for the re-elected Superior General Bro. Michael, his Council and all the members of the Congregation!
