XIV General Chapter of the Canossians: re-elected Fr. Carlo Bittante

The XIV General Chapter of the Sons of Charity "Canossians" was held in Verona
from 7 to 26 April 2024.

During the Chapter,  Fr. Carlo Bittante was re-elected as Superior General.

The new General Council is composed as follows:

• P. Francesco Vercellone (Italy) Vicar General and 1st Councillor
• F. Daniel Anchieta (Brazil) 2nd Councillor
• P. Clemente Moreira (East Timor) 3rd Councillor
• P. Andrea Berno (Italy) 4th Councillor
